14-day return deadline

The customer has the option to return the purchased product from the seller within 14 days of receiving the package.

Returning the parcel

The shipment must be returned to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. The shipment must be delivered to the seller’s address.

Please remember that the returned product:

• It must not show any signs of use or wear.
• It must be packed in its original packaging.
• It must be complete

Coverage of the costs of returning the parcel

If a product is returned at the customer’s request, the customer bears the cost of returning the product to the seller. The customer chooses the return method: courier or post.

If the product is returned due to the seller’s fault, meaning the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the seller covers the cost of returning the product. The seller will generate a label for the courier to return the package and provide it to the customer. The label will be prepaid.

In no case will the seller charge additional fees for returning the product.

Refund

After receiving the shipment, the seller will verify the condition of the received product within 7 days.

The seller will inform the customer about the verification result by e-mail and will return the funds no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the package.

The refund will be made using the same method used to pay for the purchased products.
